- What types of commercial work do you take on?
- We take on commercial renovations, interior construction, improvements and general building work, from smaller alterations through to more involved multi-trade projects.
- Can you work in an existing occupied space?
- Yes. A significant amount of commercial construction takes place in existing buildings, and we are accustomed to working around businesses, occupants and other activity on site.
- Do you handle smaller commercial renovations?
- Yes. Not every commercial job needs to be a major build-out. We regularly complete smaller renovations, alterations and improvement projects as well.
- Can you coordinate multiple trades?
- Yes. For general contracting projects, we coordinate the different trades and scopes required to complete the work.
