Our residential work grew naturally from the painting and finishing projects we started with. Clients asked us to take on more of the work around them, and over time that developed into complete renovations, additions and broader general contracting. Today, we bring that same hands-on approach to residential projects of all sizes, coordinating the work and staying closely involved from start to finish.

- What types of residential projects do you take on?
- We work on projects ranging from individual rooms and smaller improvements through to larger renovations and additions. If a project involves several trades, we can manage the work as the general contractor.
- Do you still take on smaller residential jobs?
- Yes. Smaller projects have always been part of our business, and we continue to take on work that does not require a large construction project to justify it.
- Do you handle the different trades involved in a renovation?
- Yes. We coordinate the construction work and bring in licensed and specialized trades where required as part of the overall project.
- Can you take on both interior and exterior residential work?
- Yes. Our residential work includes both interior renovations and exterior improvements, from smaller upgrades through to larger projects involving multiple areas of the home.
